Notary Public Pricing

  • Jurats: $15 (Per Signature)

  • Acknowledgements: $15 (Per Signature)

  • Despositions: $30 Each (+ $7 for oath & $7 for certificate (optional))

  • Certifying Copy Power of Attorney: $15 (Each Copy)

  • Loan Signing: Call For More Information

 

Other Notary Fees

  • Mobile Notary: $0.75 Per Mile Roundtrip + Notarization Price.

  • Line Item: $0.30/Per Line Item

  • After Hours Notarizations: $20

  • Cancellation Fee Before 24 hours: $50.00

  • Waiting Times: $30/hour after the first 15 min.

For online & in person services, please set an appointment.

  • In Person Notaries: Please bring all documents to your appointment. All parties participating in the notary, must be physically present with an appropriate type of Identification. Below are a few acceptable types of Identifications:

    • California Driver’s License, California Indentificaiton Card, Out Of State Driver’s License, Out Of State Identification Card, Canadian Driver’s License, Mexican Driver’s License, U.S. Passport, Foreign Passport(Stamped by USCIS), U.S. Military ID Card, Inmate ID Card (If in Custody), ID deemed acceptable to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, State, county and local government IDs.

      (If none of these apply to you, please give us a call and we will let you know what type of Identification can be used instead)

  • For Online Notaries: After setting the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with a set of instructions as well as a weblink via Zoom for the day of your appointment.
